The purpose of assistance to the contracting owner is to help the latter define and manage its project. When CYRUS INDUSTRIE is providing this assistance, it works alongside the contracting owner, technically translating its needs to the project managers or fitter companies.

The task of assistance to the contracting owner is therefore totally different from the task of project management, both in terms of duties and responsibilities. In fact, CYRUS INDUSTRIE is there to review and monitor the design studies carried out by the project manager or the designated fitter company, but is not responsible for the construction surveys. CYRUS INDUSTRIE is responsible for ensuring that the design work is carried out correctly, and that the contracting owner’s requirements are met.

As assistant to the contracting owner, CYRUS INDUSTRIE can offer you support from the definition of your project through to acceptance of the work:

  • Analysis of your needs and preparation of brief specifications for the tender,
  • Support in selecting the project manager,
  • Review and commenting on design studies carried out by contractors (preliminary design – APS, detailed design – APD, basic design study – PRO),
  • Review of the tender issued by the contractor,
  • Support with choosing a contractor for the work,
  • Support with approval of the working drawings,
  • Support with site supervision,
  • Support with acceptance of the systems.
